ABOUT PROJECT
The background of this project is because we feel that the elderly are often been neglected as we are living in a fast pace world .We feel that it is our duty as society to repay them because they were once like us and have contributed to create the world that we are living today . Based on our crowdfunding project, we were trying to raise fund for the old folk home which they need help in monetary support to help them to take care the old people in the old folk home.
For the funds distribution we plan to spend RM 100 to buy dry goods like rice,oil etc to the care centre and as the rest of the funds gathered from the campaign we will use it to buy the wet goods and also to improve maintain the facilities of the care centre.
- No awareness among the youngest nowadays.

The reason of setting up the crowdfunding project for the old folk home was helping them to do improve for the old folk home to make their life better. Other than that, the crowdfunding project also helps to creates awareness among the youngest nowadays. Besides that, we wish to improve the facilities in the old folk homes for improvement their lifes meaningful and wonderful.

We are a group of students from Taylor's University and we create this crowdfunding page was to raise money for the old folk home to help them to improve their facilities and provide them a better lifestyle. Moreover, the crowdfunding page was made to create awareness around the youngest nowadays because youngest nowadays have neglected their our grandparents. So as the new generation,we want to care more about an older citizen so that their contribution toward society will be remember in future. The crowdfunding page the old folk home was mainly in charge by Gan Jun Peng the age of 21 years old from Taiping Perak while Daniel Ooi En Yao the age of 20 years old from Johor Baharu, Johor which helps in the promoting of our campaign to the public through social media. The Aw Ka Loon the age of 20 years old from Petaling Jaya, selangor was helping to be liason to the elderly care centre which located at Semenyih Selangor.
